Hi Julio, just had a few minutes to look at this list and have a question and a comment. 1) why is Spain not on ? 2) re languages: should we have Castilian Spanish or should we be thrown all together into a global 'Hispanic' context? As an aside, I'm also looking for the contact details of our Brazil agents Marcondes & Consultores as I have a couple of feedback questionnaire requests in Portuguese. Hi Karel, Thank you for checking this. I had updated it with the correct names, but it seems that only the older version showed. I have checked it and now the right version should be up. As for the other things, it is a simple spreadsheet based on old programming, 0 and 1. If there is a 1 value for the field, that means that there exists an Agent, Partner or Licensee. I used this, as it not only helps you see where there is a presence, the number also allows for us to count the number of instances. In other words, you can use that to count the number of countries and languages with this simple method. This bring us to you next question, the numbers 2, 3, etc. refer to the number of languages, Agents, Licensees, Partners of a particular type. Many clients and prospects have asked us what countries does Bcon and its network serve, also what languages. This is an attempt to make that information available. Does it make sense? If not, please let me know. Thanks!

Dear Julio, I checked your list of where LIFO® products are distributed. In the list "Partners-Agents" we have to change "Match" in "LIFO® Benelux bv" In the list Locations around the world, I do not understand the column "Licensee", that is not clear to me. Please clarify. In the list languages you have for Belgium French, Dutch and German. That is correct. However I do not understand the numbers in the column "Total for Each", French = 2, Dutch = 3, German: - What is the meaning of this ? Thank you in advance for feedback. Best regards, Karel
